Sneek Peek...

I am so excited about this collaboration.  Timi, of Cinnamon Girl Studio, my dear friend and I worked on this fun set made with one of our favorite fabric lines, Amy Butler Charm.  

A Glimpse Into Emma's Life...

Every day, Emma spins on her sit n spin, and listens to her favorite music, either HSM2, or Avril Lavigne.  She will do this for a half hour sometimes.  I don't know how she doesn't get dizzy.  Oh, and, you must close your eyes while you spin.  

And sometimes, you put a puzzle box on your head. :)

Five years ago...

I became a mother for the first time. Chris & I were so scared. Our first born baby, who wasn't due for four more weeks, came into our lives, and changed them forever. Little did we know how rich life would become.

Five years has come and gone in a blink of an eye.  Emma was the sweetest, most happy baby.  She had the most beautiful big blue eyes.

Her little personality was evident from the beginning.  

How I wish time would stand still, and I could keep her and her sister little forever.  What I would give to go back for even just 5 minutes to when they were babies.

My first official session...

A few months ago, I had the joy of photographing my niece Lexi during her horseback riding lessons.  Her birthday is coming, and I am framing one of the pictures for her.  Her bedroom was just redone.  Here are some of my favorites from the session.
